About Workshops
Workshops are a perfect way to have an introductory Alexander experience; explore new dimensions to your art-making, music or sports; or supplement your professional skills. Ranging from 1 - 3 days, CAS workshops cover a wide range of topics, at varied levels of interest and expertise.
Do you participate in a group sport, music ensemble, or hobby? Workshops are an ideal way to create a new experience for your entire group. CAS sends teachers all over the US, offering a range of workshops to special interest groups. Contact us if you think your group might be interested in hosting a workshop in your area.

Host a Workshop
We live full, active lives, and it is often challenging to create the time and resources needed to consistently pursue our personal and professional explorations, especially when it involves travel. At CAS, we understand this, and have created a way to bring study opportunities to you and your community. How do you start? Contact us. We will work with you to design an initial experience in your area, with your personal and professional communities. From there - who knows? You may find yourself taking an immersion course or professional training that you’ve always been interested in - without the extra time and expense of leaving home.
