CAS TRAINING PROGRAMS
CAS offers different Certification Programs, to support both those who want to deepen their understanding and embodiment of the Work, but do not necessarily want to become Certified Teachers, as well as those seeking full Teacher Training. We also offers opportunities to study on weekends, in week-long retreat, online, and through apprenticeships, to help you design a program that is tailored to the reality of your life.

There are 4 levels of training available:
A TASTE OF ALEXANDER
If you are not sure if you are interested in Alexander Training, but would like some new skills and ideas to play with, this is a perfect place to begin.
PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
There are 3 versions of this pre-requisite for the Teacher Training, each designed to match different needs: a Weekend Program, a Retreat Program, and an Immersion Program.
The chart below shows how these 3 paths function as the first half of Teacher Training, and how they can be taken in various combinations.
TEACHER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
After the PEP, you can apply for this 2 year intensive, which culminates in Certification as an Alexander Teacher. It is the only certification you need, legally, to teach, anywhere in the world. (You can also join various professional organizations, if you choose.)
POST GRADUATE MENTORING
Following your graduation, you may apply for this optional apprenticeship program, which offers mentoring while teaching at various CAS venues, as well as assistance in building your own practice.
