This is a weekly series of online Alexander Post Graduate classes offered by Robyn Avalon for the Alexander Alliance International post-graduate community. All AAI alumni are welcome, as well as anyone who has taken a Post Graduate course with Bruce Fertman and/or Robyn Avalon.
The overall theme is “who am I when I let go of all I am not?”. It is intended to be an opportunity to look more deeply at our habits as Alexander Teachers, and how we define ourselves in that role.
It happens at 10am Mountain Standard Time (USA), every Monday.
A sliding scale donation of $5 - $20 per class is requested.
