Looking forward to a busy summer season? Take this opportunity to tune-up your ‘body instrument’ before you begin your summer schedule.
This 6 day immersion offers small group classes in Contemporary Alexander Work, designed to help you change habitual patterns which lead to tension, fatigue, pain, and even injury. Learn to identify how you may be working against your innate design, and how to create new, more sustainable ways of being, practicing, and performing.
There are 2 types of classes offered: Fundamentals and Activity Labs.
Fundamentals classes offer basic experiential information about Alexander Principles, Body Mapping, Accessing Innate Design, Performance Skills, Inner Body, Effective Practice, and How to Work on Your Own.
Activity Labs offer individual attention in a group setting, allowing the content of the class to be determined by the needs of the attending students. The Labs offer you information about your specific interference patterns and how to change them.
